I used RJAgency http://www.rjvisa.com to get my probationary 13a visa processed. Total cost 25,000 pesos and no interview and only 1 trip to Cebu. The savings in travel alone more than paid for the fee. The fee included all the immigration fees as well as the agency fees. Could not have been any easier. I spent no more than an hour at immigrations and they took care of everything while I was there. One of their representatives took me by hand to the immigration office and they did all the leg work arranging the finger printing and picture taking for the ACRI [...]

You really don't get it do you? I have already removed your spam link.
Folks, no need reply. This guy is just a spammer who goes by various usernames. His goal is to get you to use the services of a specific visa assistance agency. Whether that agency is good or bad, I don't know. However, spamming a forum, pretending to ask a question, is not good. Therefore, if you see other such questions, with a link in them, please do not follow the link. Spammers don't deserver our support!

Hi!
I am a newbie and need your advice concerning my brother who is already out of status since 2010 on a tourist visa. He recently passed the NCLEX and now a registered nurse. My question is can an employer file an I-140 petition for her even though she is unlawfully staying in the Canada. If not then what do you think are her other options so she can change her status to working.
Any replies would be so much appreciated.
Thanks a bunch!

And Can I apply while I’m in Canada as a visitor or does it have to be in my country because if it’s the former I think it would be pretty much impossible. Thank you so much.
