    Sounds to me like it is the 1 year temporary, which they are converting to permanent. In that case, she has to go to the hearing, unless they hire a lawyer to represent them at the hearing. However, you are right about the annual report. My wife usually goes with me to Manila, so we can do shopping together, but they never ask to see her.

    ACR I-Cards are now required for tourist visa’s if extended beyond 59 days! That, according to Bureau of Immigration ” MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. MCL-09-027 ” dated 29 December 2009.
