The Philippines is an island nation, consisting of more than 7000 islands.
The 81 provinces, of the Philippines, are divided into the following 3 Island Groups:
Luzon. Northern most Island Group.
Visayas. Central Island Group.
Mindinao. Southern most Island Group.
My wife and I live in Calbayog City, Samar, in the Eastern Visayas.
